Ohhh Mr. Kaden! I will wake up at 6:00 in the morning with you any day! : )) You could always sleep in if you wanted to though…I wouldn’t mind one bit! ; )

By the way, I do take pictures of my daughter too…WHEN SHE WILL LET ME! The lil’ stinker! ; )  Kaden is just at that age where I can still get him to look at me and I am going to take advantage of it for as long as possible!

OOOOOO! Look what I made for dinner tonight (Wayne helped too)! :

Anyway, I was taking pictures and editing A LOT…just not my kids. : ) But I was taking pictures of these little cutie pies!:

Smoothie Recipes

A lot of people have been wanting to know what I put in my Protein Smoothies, so I decided to post a few of them for you! : )

Pineapple Basil Protein Smoothie:

1 cup of Fat Free Milk

2 Handfuls of Spinach

2-2 1/2 cups of Pineapple (Frozen) If not frozen, you will need some ice

1 Tblsp minced Basil ( I buy it in a tube at Walmart, but you can always just throw a few basil leaves in there too…the original recipe calls for 10 LEAVES! But that is way too much Basil for me!)

1 scoop of 100% Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds Or Flax Seed (optional)

Combine Spinach and Milk First then add pineapple and Basil and Blend away! This makes almost 40 oz of Smoothie!

Splenda for sweetner  if you wish : )

Blueberry Spinach Protein Smoothie:

2 Handfuls of Spinach

1- 2 cups of blueberries (frozen)

1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
